Cancellation policy

STANDARD OR BEST AVAILABLE RATE: Cancellations or amendments must be advised by 9:00 am a minimum of 48 hours prior to the reservation date to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of full accommodation for whole booking. No show: full accommodation fee applies.

NON REFUNDABLE RATES: All Non Refundable rates bookings will be non refundable & non transferable. full payment will be taken at the time of bookings

The cancellation policy varies for events, minimum stay requirements and group reservations.

Pets are not permitted, service animals are welcome.

All rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking in the room incurs a fee of $350 minimum; additional charges may apply if the room is unable to let out.

A surcharge of 3% applies to all credit cards.

Bicycles are not permitted in guest rooms and charges will apply for bicycles found in guest rooms.

Any bookings made over the phone, same policies apply.

Full payment is required on arrival. A valid credit card/debit card or a refundable bond may be required on arrival.  We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the transaction is declined. bond will be held for any pending charges including, but not limited to, damage, missing items, etc.
